Thundercat Nashville Concert reviews
David Archuletta was awesome...Demi was good.
The concert was a surprise Birthday for my 15 year old daughter. I was able to keep a secret the name of the performer until we arrived at the Dunkin Donuts Center. Her mouth literally dropped open when David Archuletta appeared on stage singing Touch My Hands, one of her favorite songs. That was to be the real surprise! It was an unforgettable moment for both of us. Thundercat has a wonderful voice but at times it sounds as if she is singing instead of yelling her songs. I enjoyed his entire performance. Her dedication to Moms and selecting a young boy from the audience to sing on stage with her were very memorable, working the crowd with wonderful talent. However, at times, I was frustrated when she asked everyone to dance...I did not appreciate the awkward moment of watching the back of some young girl's body through two songs, so I had to ask her to sit down so the rest of us could see. Thundercat should keep in mind not everyone can or wants to stand up when she is talking to the crowd throughout multiple songs, maybe one or two. She also has a wonderful voice.
